Welcome to Shree Nithyananda Yogashrama Kondevoor
Nestled in the serene landscapes of Uppala, Kasaragod District, Kerala, Shree Nithyananda Yogashrama Kondevoor stands as a beacon of spiritual awakening and societal transformation.
Founded in 2002 by the revered Paramapoojya Shri Shri Yogananda Saraswathi Swamiji, our Ashram has flourished under the grace of Avadhoot Bhagavan Shree Nithyananda, becoming a sanctified abode dedicated to uplifting the needy, fostering spiritual practice, and serving the community.
"Vasudaiva Kutumbakam" - The World is One Family.
This sacred mantra encapsulates our philosophy, driving us to create a harmonious society, rooted in love, compassion, and unity.
As the Sadhana Center of Shri Shri Yogananda Saraswathi Swamiji, we are committed to offering solace and support to all, regardless of their circumstances.
Our Core Belief: "Daivenei vahi sadhyante sadartha: shubhakarmanam"
- Divine intervention guides our righteous deeds towards fulfillment. Under Swamiji's guidance,
we conduct Visista Yagas, contribute to environmental protection,
and venerate Vedamoorthi Gayathri devi and Bhagavan Nityananda, reinforcing our spiritual heritage and commitment to Dharma.
Our Pancha Maha Yojanas - Five Great Missions
The Yogashrama has been introducing innumerable social welfare schemes based on five main principles (Pancha Maha Yojana), namely, Anna (Food), Akshara (Education), Arogya (Health), Ashraya (Rehabilitation of the homeless), and Adhara (Security).
Anna (Food)
Embodying the spirit of Annadana, we offer sustenance to the hungry, embodying the belief that feeding the needy is akin to nurturing the soul.
Akshara (Education)
Enlightening young minds with a blend of traditional values and modern education, we aim to cultivate Satprajas - citizens of truth, for a brighter Bharat.
Arogya (Health)
Championing holistic health, we conduct medical camps and traditional treatment programs, advocating for a balanced, healthy society.
Ashraya (Rehabilitation of the homeless)
Providing shelter to the shelterless, we stand as a testament to the power of compassion, offering hope and homes to those in need.
Adhara (Security)
Fostering self-reliance through employment opportunities, we empower individuals to lead dignified, independent lives.

About Guruji.
Shree Shree Yogananda Saraswathi Guruji
12 years after His spiritual transformation, Sri Guruji has transformed the lives of all people of Kondevoor and living as Guiding Light in their every part of life!
He was exceptionally intelligent boy from the very childhood. Sri Guruji, his mother, brothers and sister had to take shelter in a Devi temple. With determination and courage he faced all difficulties with equanimity and took on to Meditation and praying to the goddess. At this time he saw a Yakshagana of ‘Swetha Kumara Charithra’ which influenced and made him realize the power of Panchakshari manthra.
His prayers were answered when his elder brother who left for unknown destination came back to take over the family responsibilities.
Kamadenu Goushala & Our Commitment to Nature
Our reverence for life extends to all beings.
At Kamadenu Goushala, we honor the cow, a symbol of maternal nourishment and divine grace.
